PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire improving steering stability and uneven wear resistance, while maintaining on-snow performance. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire includes a pair of crown peripheral direction grooves 3 extending continuously in a tire peripheral direction on both sides of a tire equator C of a tread part. A groove edge 3m on one side of the crown peripheral direction grooves 3 is formed into a zigzag shape by continuously connecting each obliquely L-shaped groove edge 3s constituted of a long side part 3c extended by being inclined in the tire peripheral direction at 1-20°and a short side part 3t inclined in an opposite direction of the peripheral direction in relation to the long side part 3c and having a shorter length of the tire peripheral direction than that of the long side part 3c. In a groove edge 3n on the other side of the crown peripheral direction groove 3, circular-arc shaped groove edges 3o formed into projecting circular-arc shapes toward a groove center side of the crown peripheral direction groove 3 are continuously connected to each other in the tire peripheral direction.
