PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus for utilizing old map information along with new map information. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus 100 includes: a storage section 30 for storing the new and old map information D1, D2; and a map information search section 70 for searching the other map information in response to a search result obtained by searching either of the new and old map information D1, D2 stored in the storage section 30.
