PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hydrogen peroxide solution only in the needed amount when needed. SOLUTION: The module for producing hydrogen peroxide solution is provided with a hydrogen supply means 2 of a bottomed cylinder shape which is disposed in flowing water, is formed from a conductive material selectively permeable to hydrogen and supplies internal hydrogen to the external flowing water, a conducting means 3 which is immersed in an electrolytic solution 6 stored within the hydrogen supply means 2, and a power source means 4 to apply different voltages to the hydrogen supply means 2 and the conducting means 3.
