PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device, a drying system and a drying state determination method capable of further shortening a drying time of a dried object by determining the drying state of the dried object during the drying of the dried object. SOLUTION: In the drying device, the drying system and the drying state determination method, the weight of the dried object 20 is measured during the drying of the dried object 20, and based on the measurement result, it is determined whether or not the dried object 20 is sufficiently dried. When it is determined that the dried object 20 is sufficiently dried, drying is immediately completed.
