PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head inspecting device which can correctly detect the presence or absence of ejection of liquid droplets by performing fault inspection of the inspecting device for inspecting the presence or absence of ejection of liquid droplets, and to provide a liquid jet apparatus and an inspecting method of a liquid jet head inspecting device. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head inspecting device is equipped with a liquid droplet hit part 30 which the liquid droplet ejected from a liquid jet head 10 can reach, an electric change detecting means 60 which detects an electric change of the liquid droplet hit part 30, a control part 116 which controls flight conditions so that the liquid droplet ejected from the liquid jet head 10 does not hit the liquid droplet hit part 30, and a determining part 70 which determines the presence or absence of faults on the basis of the detection result at the electric change detecting means 60.
