摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid pressure-forming apparatus capable of preventing any damage of a ball screw mechanism and enhancing its durability when imparting the die clamping force to an upper die by a die clamping cylinder. SOLUTION: An upper die 16 is attached to a lower end of a ram 36 of a die clamping cylinder 32 downwardly connected to columns 14, 15 via a movable upper die holder 39. A ball nut 75 is screwed to a ball screw shaft 74 supported by the columns 14, 15 via a fixed supporting base 71, and a nut fitting cylindrical body 76 is connected to the nut 75. A relative movement permitting mechanism 77 is provided between a flange part 78 provided on a lower end of the nut fitting cylindrical body 76 and the movable upper die holder 39. The movable upper die holder 39 and the flange part 78 are connected to each other by a bolt 79, and a gap g is formed between an upper surface of the movable upper die holder 39 and a lower surface of the flange part 78. When the upper die 16 is pressed by the die clamping cylinder 32, any damage of the ball screw shaft 70 is prevented by the relative movement permitting mechanism 77. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
