PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish and shellfish capturing tool that adequately arranges a moving part and a stationary part, is surely operated, surely captures and recovers fish and shellfish attracted by baits and collected in a net without missing and increases fishing efficiency. SOLUTION: When a cover 12 is integrated with two movable frame parts 13 inclinable to a stationary frame part 11, the inlet part of the net 10 is openable and closable, the cover 12 is made in an open state and a yarn 17 for pulling up the net in a state in which capturing objects 90 are present in water in the net 10, since downward loads applied to the net 10, the stationary frame part 11, etc., are enlarged, a hold means 16 for holding them releases a hold state, the movable frame parts 13 are inclined to a position to close the inlet of the net by the cover 12 and a state in which the inlet of the net is closed and the capturing objects 90 do not go outside is maintained to the last of the pulling up so as to eliminate loss of captured materials.
