<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiating device capable of setting a light irradiating point near an object to be irradiated, capable of providing a sufficient number of LEDs and capable of radiating high-output light even in the case of providing a heat radiating member capable of sufficiently radiating the heat from the high-output LED by radially and densely providing LEDs relative to the object to be irradiated. <P>SOLUTION: The light irradiating device 100 includes radially provided line light irradiating units 10. The line light irradiating unit 10 includes: a light guide means 1 formed into a rectangular shape, from which the light entered from a base end surface 11 is radiated from the opposite tip surface 12; LEDs 2 provided on a line so that the irradiated light enters into the base end surface 11; a heat radiating member 3 provided on a base end surface side of the light guide means 1 and formed with a first heat radiating fin 33; and a light guide means-pinching member 4 for pinching the light guide means 1 from the heat radiating member 3.
