KIR (KILLER CELL IMMUNOGLOBULIN-LIKE RECEPTOR) TYPING METHOD USING TOTALPLEX PCR AMPLIFICATION

PURPOSE: A method for identifying genotype of human natural killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor(KIR) is provided to perform all reactions with one tube and to reduce labor, time, and the amount of sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying genotype of KIR gene of a subject comprises: a step of preparing a common sequence placed on exon 4 and 5 of KIR gene as a primary PCR primer; a step of performing PCR using genomic DNA as a template to amplify exon 4 and 5; a step of preparing a sequence which is specific to specific KIR type; a step of performing PCR using the first PCR product; and a step of analyzing the second PCR product and identifying genotype of KIR gene.
