<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a terminal and a system for coding by adjusting a coding technique according to the Quality of Experience (QoE) of a user to achieve a more efficient use of wireless resources, increase a system capacity and enables more users to have a good QoE. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method, a terminal, and a system for coding based on the measuring results of a Quality of Experience (QoE) of a user. The method includes measuring a QoE value at target user terminal, comparing the measured QoE value with a preset QoE threshold, adjusting at least one of a source coding rate and a channel coding mode according to a result of the comparison, and do coding according to the adjusted source coding rate and/or the channel coding mode; or further performing wireless resource allocation according to the adjusted coding scheme.
