<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality management system for determining the cause of failure without time and effort, and properly managing quality of a product. <P>SOLUTION: The quality management system includes a database server 2 storing production information, a management server 3, and clients 4a, 4b, 4c. The management server transmits a monitoring item decided to be abnormal selected from items of production information, to the client. The client extracts production information of an analysis item associated with the transmitted monitoring item and selected from the items of the production information from the database server, and analyzes it. Because the client directly extracts the production information to be analyzed from the database server, the client easily changes the production information to be extracted and analyzed by the client. The quality management system analyzes various kinds of production information without time and effort, and determine the cause of abnormal monitoring items by use of an analysis result of the various kinds of production information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
