PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless radio wave reflection apparatus capable of preventing diffused reflection of radio waves caused by an obstacle, and to provide a ceiling structure in which the wireless radio wave reflection apparatus is disposed in a ceiling space. SOLUTION: The wireless radio wave reflection apparatus 1 includes a box-shaped radio wave absorbing member 2, a first wireless radio wave reflecting member 3 and a second wireless radio wave reflecting member 4, and a wireless radio wave oscillation source 5 is disposed inside the box-shaped radio wave absorbing member 2. The box-shaped radio wave absorbing member 3 has a box-like shape having an opening 2c, and a wireless radio wave absorption plane 2a for absorbing radio waves is formed inside the opening. The first wireless radio wave reflecting member 3 and the second wireless radio wave reflecting member 4 are disposed at a side of the opening 2c in the box-shaped radio wave absorbing member 2. On the first wireless radio wave reflecting member 3 and the second wireless radio wave reflecting member 4, a wireless radio wave reflection plane 3a and a wireless radio wave reflection plane 4a for reflecting radio waves are formed at the side of the opening 2c in the box-shaped radio wave absorbing member 2.
