PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book or paper stand for setting a book, music, a cooking recipe, a paper sheet or the like, stored when in the non-working state, and easily adjusting the angle of the stand for easier viewing of the book or the like. SOLUTION: One sheet plate (wood, plastic, acrylic material or the like) is worked, so that when a leg 03 is inserted in a hole 01, a vertical stand is formed, and when the leg 03 is inserted in a hole 02, a horizontal book stand is formed for use. When the hole for inserting the leg 03 is selected, the angle is adjusted. In storing the stand, when projecting and recessed parts of joining parts 04 are combined, the original one sheet plate is formed to be stored in a bookshelf, a bag or the like.
