PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing information using electronic payment system are provided to offer user customized information based on the current user location information. CONSTITUTION: The information providing server(300) acquires the present location information of a user terminal(400) with the link of the mobile communications systems(500). Based on the present position information, the information providing server extracts characterization data about the user terminal. The information providing server offers the pre-stored personalized information mapped in the characterization data. According to the settlement request using the electronic money, the user terminal receives the personalization information from the information providing server. |
