摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can accurately find a Doppler frequency with a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: An input selector 14 selects whether an inverse Fourier transform 15 inputs a pilot signal alone or inputs a transmission line response value of a data signal and the pilot signal. The inverse Fourier transform 15 performs an inverse Fourier transforming operation to them, and calculates first and second impulse responses for use in identification of a principal wave position. A phase difference corrector 20 corrects a phase difference of the first impulse response used for the identification of principal wave position owing to a difference in the frequency of the pilot signal between symbols on the basis of a delay between the principal wave position and a Fourier transform window position. A phase deviation calculator 21 and a Doppler frequency calculator 22 calculate a Doppler frequency using the first impulse response having the corrected phase difference.
