380,947. Switch handles. ARROWHART & HEGEMAN ELECTRIC CO., 103, Hawthorne Street, Hartford, Connecticut, U.S.A. Sept. 28, 1931, No. 26965. Convention date, Oct. 30, 1930. [Class 38 (v).] A device for operating a plurality of tumbler switches in a predetermined sequence comprises a bracket, on one limb 40 of which are mounted tumbler switches A, B. An operating spindle 44 carries a disc 50 provided with spaced apart pins 46, 48 which engage slots in the dollies 45, 47 of the tumbler switches to operate them in sequence when the spindle 44 is rotated. Movement of the disc 50 is limited by a lug 42 of the bracket which works in a cut-away part of the disc. In a modification, the two switches are mounted with their dollies in the same plane so as to be operated in sequence by a single pin on the disc 50. The arrangement is suitable for use in wireless sets where A is a power switch and B a switch for controlling the number of amplifier valves in circuit.
