COMBINATION THERAPY USING AN ANTI-EGFR AGENT(S) AND IGF-1R SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES

A combination of an IGF -1 R antagonist and an antiproliferative drug is described. A preferred combination of an IGF-1r antibody and an antiproliferative drug belonging to the EGFR-inhibitor class, preferably erlotinib, useful for the treatment of tumours, including IGF -IR and lor EGFR mediated or dependent tumours, is disclosed.
