<p>PURPOSE: A handover method performing inter-frequency handover through a beacon apparatus signal and a base station is provided to perform handover by allocating the selected FA to a mobile terminal by randomly selecting one FA. CONSTITUTION: A beacon device interlocking unit(310) varies the specific FA(Frequency Assignment) into preset frequency band by a beacon device. In case a source BS(Base Station) transmits a handover instruction command, a frequency allocation unit(320) randomly selects one FA. The frequency allocation unit allocates the selected FA to the mobile terminal. A first handover control unit(330) performs inter-frequency handover.</p> |
