The present invention relates to a wind power generation apparatus, which includes a shaft vertically mounted on the ground; a generation section for generating electricity by the rotation force of the shaft; a first blade section mounted to the shaft and fitted with first blades so as to rotate in a first direction by a headwind; and a second blade section mounted to the shaft or the first blade section and fitted with second blades rotating in the first direction against a headwind or in a second direction opposite the first direction so as to rotate the first blade section at uniform speed regardless of wind velocity.
