A method and device for controlling radio frequency gain of an electric tag and an electric tag are provided, which relates to wireless communication technology. For each reader, radio frequency attenuation parameters of a radio frequency chip are regulated continually in a monitoring mode, and a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) value corresponding to each radio frequency attenuation parameter is obtained, until the RSSI value meeting a set requirement is determined, in this way, comparatively appropriate radio frequency attenuation parameter for the reader is obtained, the radio frequency chip is set to be in a working mode after the radio frequency attenuation parameter is configured to the radio frequency chip, so that the electric tag communicates with the reader in a better status. Each reader works with comparatively appropriate radio frequency attenuation parameter, so that sensitivity of the electric tag and capability of radio frequency communication are improved.
