摘要 <p>The device comprises a control unit (4) for the heat input by a nozzle head (5) aligned at an operating area (6) of the sections of a component surface to be heated, a spacer sensor (1) with a vision field aligned at the operating area of the sections to be heated, and a contactless thermometer (2) aligned at the operating area of the sections to be heated, where the spacer sensor and the thermometer are operatively connected with a control module for the entire system. The nozzle head is designed as an integrated or flexibly mountable gas-oxygen-burner. The device comprises a control unit (4) for the heat input by a nozzle head (5) aligned at an operating area (6) of the sections of a component surface to be heated, a spacer sensor (1) with a vision field aligned at the operating area of the sections to be heated, and a contactless thermometer (2) aligned at the operating area of the sections to be heated, where the spacer sensor and the thermometer are operatively connected with a control module for the entire system. The nozzle head is designed as an integrated or flexibly mountable gas-oxygen-burner. The thermometer is designed as an infrared detector with limited spectral region. A protection- and absorption plate is arranged to the device and has a defined surface, so that an emission level is exactly 1, where the protection- and absorption plate is arranged in a direct reflection area of the optical vision field of the thermometer designed as infrared detector. A contact thermometer is arranged to the device for measuring the temperature of the protection- and absorption plate, where the determined temperature is used for the calculation correction of the surface temperature determined in the infrared detector. The contactless thermometer and the contact thermometer are operatively connected with measuring electronics for temperature measurement, with which a reception of the temperatures and data preprocessing related to the reception of the temperatures take place. The device has a controllable heat generator. The device is mechanically pivotable, so that the heat effect is targetedly removed from the operating area, where the measuring systems aligned to the operating area are not or alternatively pivotable. The device has a retainer fixed to a handling system for the directional area, and an additional cooling system designed as an air cooler. An independent claim is included for a method for heating definable sections of metal components such as sheet metal parts and similar objects.</p>
