<p>Disclosed is a remote maintenance system for Business Operation Support System (BOSS) data that includes: a BOSS, a Database Input/Output (DBIO) and a database; the BOSS connects to the database through the DBIO. The system also includes a remote account opening agent unit that locates between at least one kind of BOSS and DBIO, and also includes: a standard communication module for providing a communication interface to at least one kind of BOSS, establishing a communication link with at least one kind of BOSS and maintaining the link; at least one kind of protocol module for providing an application protocol interface based on a standard communication protocol to at least one kind of BOSS and parsing a protocol message sent from at least one kind of BOSS; a message conversion module for forwarding the protocol message parsed by at least one kind of protocol module to the DBIO, and forwarding the message received from the DBIO to at least one kind of protocol module. At the same time, the present invention provides a remote maintenance method for BOSS data and a remote account opening agent. The present invention supports the development of value-added services more widely.</p> |
