PURPOSE: A multiple solar cell with PN junction and schottky junction is provided to improve photoelectric efficiency by forming two solar cells in which a PN junction and schottky junction are connected in series. CONSTITUTION: A PN semiconductor layer(13) has a P type semiconductor layer(131) and an N type semiconductor layer(132). A first electrode(11) is ohmic-contacted with a first surface of the PN semiconductor layer. A schottky junction layer(15) is schottky-connected to a second surface facing the first surface of the PN semiconductor layer. A second electrode(12) is contacted with the schottky junction layer.
