PURPOSE: A lower body exercise and foot pressing device is provided, which can remarkably improve lower body exercise efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A lower body exercise and foot pressing device comprises: a top body(10) in which the upper side is opened in order to open an accommodation space; a lower body(20) combined with the top body; a rotary plate(30) which is pivotally installed in the upper side of the top body and in which a plurality of penetration holes are formed; a finger pressure stick which is installed in a location corresponding to a plurality of penetration holes; and a driving plate(50) in which wave surface is formed.
