PURPOSE: A flexible pressure-resistant hose with high durability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent carbon from eluting from the surface of a pressure-resistant hose. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flexible pressure-resistant hose(1) with high durability comprises following steps. Polybutylene flows into the inner side of the pressure-resistant hose and is applied to a thickness of 0.05~0.2mm. The applied polybutylene is dried by hot air. The pressure-resistant hose is molded of thermal plastic rubber.
