Cosmetic composition (I) comprises at least one fatty phase comprising: at least one resin comprising indene hydrocarbon resins and their mixtures; at least one volatile oil; and at least one phenyl silicone oil (IV), where the resin has an average molecular weight of = 10000 g/mole. Cosmetic composition (I) comprises at least one fatty phase comprising: at least one resin of average molecular weight of = 10000 g/mole comprising indene hydrocarbon resins and their mixtures; at least one volatile oil; and at least one phenyl silicone oil of formula (CH 3-Si(CH 3) 2-[O-Si(CH 3) 3] y-[O-Si(OR1a)(phenyl)] z-O-Si(CH 3) 3) (IV). OR1a : -OSiCH 3; y : 1-1000; and z : 1-1000.
