PURPOSE: A building plate material having metal wire brush surfaces and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the insulation property and sound-absorption effect as air gaps are formed among metal wires of the brush surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a building plate material having metal wire brush surfaces comprises a step(100) of placing metal wires(1) cut to certain length, a step(200) of inducing vibration in an alignment case(10) containing the metal wires in order to evenly stack the metal wires, a step(300) of aligning the metal wires by tilting the metal wires, a step of loading the aligned metal wires in a junction box, a step of turning the junction box by 90° so that one ends of the metal wires face downward, a step of compressing the aligned metal wires from a side, and a step of spreading an adhesive to the top of the metal wires to bind the metal wire, thereby completing a building plate material having metal wire brush surfaces.
