METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF NANOPHOSPHORS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing nanophosphors is provided to realize high crystallization and coagulation control of nanophosphors by mixing amorphous carbon nanoparticles to a fluorescent substance starter. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing nanophosphors comprises the steps of: mixing a fluorescent substance starter and amorphous carbon nanoparticles in a dispersion medium; drying the dispersion to remove the dispersion medium; and heating the resultant in a reducing atmosphere. The size of the amorphous carbon nanoparticle is 100nm or less.
