<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process attribution analysis training system by which veteran's knowledge about cause-and-effect link of a complicated plant process phenomenon is learned and handed down. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The process attribution analysis training system by which every cause-and-effect link of the plant process phenomenon is learned by a trainee, comprises: a plant knowledge generation device 18 for generating information of the cause-and-effect link of the plant process phenomenon which is generated in an actual plant; a plant process cause-and-effect link data base 11 in which the cause-and-effect of each attribution is stored by sequentially analyzing the attribution of the plant process phenomenon; a problem creating means 15 for creating a problem about the cause-and-effect link between each attribution by referring to the plant process cause-and-effect link data base 11; an input/output device 17 for displaying the created problem and making the trainee input an answer; and an answer scoring means 16 for scoring the answer by determining whether the input answer is correct or not.
