Assembly for an organic pin-type LED and manufacturing method

The arrangement has a block-layer free stack with organic layers between a base electrode (1) and a cover electrode (5). The stack comprises an emission layer (4), an electrically doped charge carrier transport layer arranged between the base electrode and the emission layer. Another electrically doped charge carrier transport layer is arranged between the cover electrode and the emission layer. The emission layer and the former electrically doped charge carrier transport layer are made of same organic matrix materials. The electrodes are made from a transparent material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a stack with organic layers for an organic pin-type LED.
