PURPOSE: A crepe making apparatus is provided to improve the productivity of making crepe by automating the pre-process of making the crepe. CONSTITUTION: A crepe making apparatus comprises the following: a crepe sheet making unit(110) including a dough storage container(111) filled with dough, supplying the dough with a constant amount and spreading the dough before roasting, to make a crepe sheet; a crepe sheet transfer unit(120) transferring the crepe sheet; a content coating unit(130) spreading cream and syrup on the upper side of the crepe sheet on transfer conveyors(122a,122b,122c,122d,122e); and laminating unit(140) laminating the coated crepe sheet. |
