PURPOSE: An air-conditioning system and a seat for an air-conditioning system are provided to directly send cool air or hot air, discharged from a cooling/heating air supply device, to customers through seats which the customers take. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning system comprises a cooling/heating air supply device(10), multiple seats(20), a duct(30), and a valve(B). The cooling/heating air supply device supplies cold air or hot air. The multiple seats are installed around the table. The inside of the seat is hollow. Multiple discharge holes(22) are formed on the upper surface and side surface of the seat. The duct is formed of a main duct(32) and a branch duct(34). The main duct is connected to the cold air or hot air supply unit of the cooling/heating air supply device. The branch duct is branched from the main duct and is connected to the hollow of the corresponding seat. The valve is installed in the branch duct connected to each seat.
