PURPOSE: A discrete time filter and a receiver including the same are provided to reduce the folding noise due to the sampling and the frequency decimation by implementing interleaving sampling. CONSTITUTION: A discrete time filter comprises a transconductance circuit(101), a plurality of sampling cells, a first dummy sampling cell, a second dummy sampling cell, a first capacitor(C1), a second capacitor, and a buffer(110). The sampling cell implements the current mode sampling operation based on the current inputted into the input terminal in response to the sampling clock signal.
