PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore image data that have no blurring generating the from image data, at a high speed and at low cost. SOLUTION: An image data restoration part acquires blurring information relating to the blurring in the Y direction of an imaging element during imaging from an internal memory, generates a restoration matrix for restoring ideal image data to be obtained, when an object is imaged in the state without the blurring based on the blurring information from still image data recorded in the internal memory, which is the pseudo-inverse matrix of a blurring matrix that is the matrix representation of blurring transmission function, indicating the spread in the Y direction of the ideal image data, on the basis of the blurring information, and restores the ideal image data by the restoration matrix and the still image data. In this case, the restoration matrix is constituted of n pieces of row vectors Dt comprising the data for the same number of pieces as the number n of total pixel data in the Y direction of the still image data.
