PURPOSE: A system for managing and storing a contract document and a record about a contract related to an electronic signature is provided to generate basic data in conflict between a company and a client by electronic signature about a contract or subscription. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(131) controls processing a recording server(130). A determination unit(132) determines a recording signal suitable for a recording signal type. An encoding unit(133) generates a recorded encoding file. An index unit(134) combines intrinsic number of index type to the recorded encoding file. The intrinsic number is generated with a subscription completion. A memory unit(135) stores an recorded index file of the index unit.
