PURPOSE: A shared communications network construction device is provided to reduce time it takes to execute an after service by dispatching an integrated A/S personnel. CONSTITUTION: A main cable tube(320) installs a shared communications cable(410) having a plurality of cores. The shared communications cable is mutually used for the subscribers of a plurality of communications service companies. When the cable is in an abnormal state, a redundancy cable tube(330) in which a redundancy communications cable(420) is installed is buried under a single line.
