PURPOSE: A ventilation device with an outdoor air cooling device is provided to purify air which is circulated through a ventilation passage while increasing space usage. CONSTITUTION: In a ventilation device with an outdoor air cooling device, an outside intake(120a) is formed one side of a first chamber. An inside intake(130a) is formed on the other side of the first chamber and is parallel with the outside intake. An exhaust pipe(136b) is formed on one side of the first chamber and is parallel with the outside intake. A heat exchanger is installed inside the first chamber is crossed with a circulation pipe and the discharge pipe.
