PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a synthetic segment for shield is provided to mold the synthetic segment by centrifugation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a synthetic segment for shield comprises: a step of preparing cylindrical frame(2) containing steel inside; a step of placing the frame in an axial direction; a step of rapidly rotating a rotator; a step of pouring concrete into the inside of the frame; and a step of molding synthetic segment having the frame.
