PURPOSE: A learning diagnostic device, a learning management system thereof, and an operation method thereof are provided to update received learning plan information to a storage part. CONSTITUTION: An electrode part(1120) detects an electroencephalogram. A brain wave processing & calculating part(1130) process the electroencephalogram and generates information regarding learning concentration rate and concentration holding time. A storage part(1140) receives and stores learning strategy information and stores the information regarding the learning concentration rate and concentration holding time. A transceiver(1180) transmits the information regarding the learning concentration rate and concentration holding time to an external device and receives learning strategy information from the external device.
