PURPOSE: A preparation method of ceramic waste form containing radioactive rare-earth oxide is provided to prepare a ceramic waste form at a low temperature less than 1000°C by simple mixing and sintering using a ceramic waste matrix containing CaHPO4, Zn2TiO4, SiO2, B2O3 and H3BO3. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of ceramic waste form containing radioactive rare-earth oxide comprises the steps of: manufacturing CaHPO4 and Zn2TiO4; mixing Zn2TiO4 50-65 weight%, CaHPO4 15-20 weight%, SiO2 8-12 weight% and B2O3 12-18 weight% or H3BO3 24-36 weight%; sintering and naturally cooling the compound powder and pulverizing it in ambient environment to prepare a ceramic waste form; mixing the ceramic waste form 60-90 weight% and radioactive rare earth oxide 10-40 weight%.
