PURPOSE: A rail and a transfer device for a moving target are provided to prevent flooding during raining and enable a stable transfer motion by controlling the accurate position and speed of the transfer device. CONSTITUTION: A rail and a transfer device for a moving target are composed of a rail(100) and a transfer device(200). A support of the rail is fixed o the ground, so that the transfer device can move at predetermined height with being separated from the ground. Accordingly, the transfer device is not flooded during raining. A rack gear(140) of the rail engages with the pinion gear of the transfer device and determines the drive and position of the transfer device according to the rotation of the pinion gear. A target connects to the driving shaft of a second drive motor.
