MEASURING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FERMENTATION DEGREE OF LIQUID MANURE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for measuring the fermentation degree of liquid fertilizer are provided to measure the fermentation degree of liquid fertilizer through a classification rule set according to grouping model. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the fermentation degree of liquid fertilizer comprises a liquid fertilizer container(13), a liquid fertilizer container holder(14), a hybrid optical source(10), a spectrometer(19), a gas induction pipe(20), a gas suction pump(22), an odor gas measuring unit(23), and a controller(27). The hybrid optical source irradiates light to the liquid fertilizer container. The spectrometer receives the light transmitted through the liquid fertilizer container and measures the color of the liquid fertilizer kept in the liquid fertilizer container. The odor gas produced in the liquid fertilizer is sucked by the gas suction pump through the gas induction pipe. The odor gas measuring unit quantitatively measures the odor gas sucked by the gas suction pump. The controller is provided with information about the color of the liquid fertilizer and odor gas and analyzes the data to measure the fermentation degree of the liquid fertilizer.
