A METHODOLOGY OF ANALYSIS FOR WELDING SEQUENCE INDUCING LOW DISTORTION

PURPOSE: An analysis method for inducing a low distortion welding sequence is provided to control the welding distortion through the control of a welding sequence by providing an analysis and calculation method for accurately and logically recognizing the welding sequence. CONSTITUTION: Some of welding units are set as a first group, and the rest welding units are set as a second group(S110). In order to determine the combination of N!number of welding sequences, which are produced by N number of welding units, through N number of analyses, the first and second groups are grouped in sequence as a complementary set. The welding sequence is set by confirming the welding distortion of the first and second groups.
