PURPOSE: A chair with a seat back is provided, which enables a user to receive a seat back inside a chair when the seat back is unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A chair with a seat back comprises: a receiving space(30) formed in the rear of a cushion(10) in the longitudinal direction; a seat back(20) which is received in the receiving space and is formed in order to move upward and downward; and a fixation pin(40) which passes through the receiving space and seat back and is fixed to the lower part of the seat back.
