FIELD: medicine, veterinary. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of veterinary and describes chimeric vaccine antigen against classical swine plague virus (CSPV), characterised by the fact that it consists of extracellular segment of glycoprotein E2 of CSPV viral envelop on N-end of chimeric antigen and extracellular domain of swine CD 154 molecule, identified as SEQ ID NO: 2, on C-end of chimeric antigen. Chimeric antigens can be obtained in expression systems, which guarantee proper folding of tertiary structure of chimeric molecules. Vaccine compositions, which contain such chimeric antigens, cause early and strong immune response in vaccinised swine and create complete protection against CSPV.
