PURPOSE: A mold for forming a jig for spark erosion is provided to enable pressure to be split by the rounding processing of the curvature radius of a chamfer and to prevent a crack from becoming formed on a side, to which a fastener is connected. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming a jig for spark erosion consists of an upper core(10), a lower core(20), a side core(80) and a base(30). The upper core comprises a recess forming unit. The recess forming unit forms a part of upper body, which comprising the recess of a jig. The lower core is located on the lower part of the upper core and consists of a gate, a body forming unit and a overflow well. The overflow well holds metallic overflow solution. The side core is mounted on one side of the lower core and forms a coupling hole. The base holds the lower core.
