PURPOSE: A file managing device of a client apparatus, a method thereof and a recorded medium recorded with a program thereof are provided to enhance security in the sharing of data associated with a work. CONSTITUTION: A setting unit(303) transmits a business travelling request signal to a server, and sets up some portion of an idle storage space of a client terminal as a business travelling folder. A file manager(305) stores the data associated with the business travelling request signal from the storage space of the server to a business travelling folder. If the storage device information request is received from an application layer of the client terminal, a shell controller(304) transmits to the application layer, the storage device information including the business travelling folder information.
