SUPER CAPACITOR AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a structure and a manufacturing process by removing a separator film by using a solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(11) has a plurality of nano holes(H). A first electrode layer(12) is formed in one side of the substrate. A conductive nanowire(14) is formed by charging a conducting material in the nano holes. The conductive nanowire remains on the first electrode layer by eliminating the substrate. A solid electrolyte layer(16) is formed on the first electrolyte layer having the conductive nanowire. A second electrode layer(18) is formed on the solid electrolyte layer by being separated from the first electrode layer. The substrate is formed into an anode oxidation alumina substrate.
