WET GYPSUM BASED CONCRETE FLOOR UNDERLAYMENTS SELF-LEVELS TO PRODUCE A SMOOTH SURFACE AND MRTHODS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A wet gypsum-based concrete floor flooring material with self-leveling property is provided to smoothen the surface without separate finish process such as floating by pouring. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wet gypsum-based concrete floor flooring material with self-leveling property comprises the steps of: preparing a gypsum-based cement composition by adding calcium sulfate alpha-hemihydrate and hydraulic cement; mixing 19-90mesh silica by predetermined unit mesh to form aggregate; and mixing the gypsum-based cement composition with aggregate in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:3 and mixing the mixture with water to prepare the wet gypsum-based concrete floor flooring material.
