PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lawn mower capable of securing the weight balance of the mower by constituting batteries with upper batteries arranged over an electric motor and a front battery arranged in the front of the electric motor, and as a result, capable of aiming at the improvement of the operational property of the electric lawn mower. SOLUTION: This electric lawn mower surrounding a cutter blade 23 with a cutter housing 21, installing the electric motor 22 at the upper part of the cutter housing 21, and driving the electric motor 22 with a rechargeable battery 26 is provided by constituting the batteries 26 with the first and second upper batteries 44, 45 arranged over the electric motor 22 and the front battery 43 arranged in the front of the electric motor 22.
